This investigation follows the fire of the upper threshold Lubrizol Seveso establishment in Rouen and outlines the initial areas of vigilance over which the Ministry for ecological and solidarity transition requests awareness by operators of lower and upper threshold Seveso establishments as to the importance of proper preparation for site accidents, whilst awaiting further understanding of the accident in Rouen.
